Approve the quotation and pay the agency fee. Your clearing agent prepares the transit declaration and bond arrangements, reviews the documents and submits through ASYCUDAWorld.
Cleared for Your Onward Journey
After the required Customs checks, the consignment can proceed through Zambia. Present the transit documents at the exit border to complete the movement and discharge the transit.

The starting agency fee covers the first published bond band. Higher bond exposure and consignment additions change the fee; the quotation sets these out separately. Bond exposure is not simply the commercial invoice value.

Before You Arrange Clearance
Agree the scope and costs before instructing the work. For an existing Ultima case, use your case reference rather than opening another request.
Does transit end at the entry border?
No. The goods must complete the required exit formalities. Keep the transit documents with the consignment and follow the authorised route and conditions.
Are customs charges included in USD200?
No. The starting price is the agency fee. Duties, taxes, consignment surcharges and other applicable costs are shown separately in the quotation.
Can I request a quote online?
Yes. Complete the quotation request and review it before sending it to Ultima. Vehicle document assessment is also available through the Clearing Manager. The current online application does not take live payments.
