What Determines Your Final Quotation
The goods, quantities, documents, route and required support establish the work involved. A shipment with several items requires a review of each item, even where the goods are similar.
Are duties included in the agency fee?
No. Ultima’s fee pays for the clearing service. Customs duties, taxes and any applicable third-party charges are identified separately.
How is transit bond coverage calculated?
The applicable customs liability and goods classification determine the cover required. Consignment value is an input, not the bond amount itself. Ultima confirms the requirement before agreeing the movement.
Will there be additional charges?
The quotation identifies the consignment surcharges and any extra work required. Review and agree those items before instructing the service.
