The service quotation separates agency fees from customs charges. The driver can supply the documents while the business office reviews the costs and arranges payment.

Choose transit for goods passing through Zambia, imports for goods entering Zambia, or exports for goods leaving Zambia. Tell Ultima about temporary movements or re-exports so the appropriate procedure can be confirmed.
Yes. Provide your consignment and route details, review the request and send it to Ultima. You do not pay to request a quotation.
Yes. New requests can begin before arrival or at the border. Do not open a duplicate declaration for goods another agent is already clearing.
Start with the commercial invoice, transport document and packing list where applicable. Vehicle records, permits and certificates depend on the goods and procedure. Each service page sets out what to send.
Use the commercial quotation request for cargo. The current document-upload assessment accepts vehicle documents only; unrelated documents must not be sent through that assessment.
Open Check My Case with your existing Ultima reference. The case view shows the latest recorded progress; a quotation enquiry alone does not create a customs declaration.
